The Choice School

	How it began
	"The Choice Foundation" is a philanthropic organization, registered under the Travancore - Cochin Literary, Scientific, Cultural, Educational and Charitable Societies Act, 1995. The major objective of the foundation is to promote, support and encourage socially beneficial causes related to education, health, culture and sport.

	The Dream
	To our patron, Mr. Jose Thomas, MD, The Choice Group and President of The Choice Foundation, the school was a dream project as well as a commitment and a contribution to the city he grew up in. He wanted to equip children for life in its fullness; moulding them into complete and competent human beings, without confining learning to the pages of a book or the four walls of a classroom. He is constantly striving to create a school that can match the ambience of some of the best schools in the world.

	The Choice School
	The Choice School believes in a holistic approach. The child is given every opportunity to excel in academics, sports and extra-curricular activities. To empower the child in to 'Empower the future citizen'. TheSchool had a modest beginning on 21 June 1991, with just 10 staff and 90 students, but with no dearth of enthusiasm or optimism for great things to come. Today, this school is moving beyond 2000 students and over 240 staff - a school that has carved a niche for itself in Kerala.

The Choice School Campus

From a small rented building in the heart of Ernakulam in 1991 to its own building and sprawling campus on the outskirts, in 1993, the Choice School has come a long way. Improvements and expansions are a constant feature - in tune with the dynamic atmosphere on the campus. It consists of 4 blocks, housing the Kinderland, the Primary School, the Main School and the School Hostel.
